Camden Adult Community Learning health and well being event

Camden Adult Community Learning (Camden ACL) are hosting a health and well being event on Tuesday 28th March 2017, at The Living Centre, Francis Crick Institute, from 10.00am – 1.00pm.

This event is open to all current Camden ACL learners.

There will be organisations, agencies and services there who can give you information about clubs, exhibitions and outdoor activities within Camden that are available to adults, older residents and families. All the activities they advise you about will be free or very low cost.

Some of things you can find out more about are:

-       Activities/exhibitions in local galleries, museums

-       Physical activities: organised walks; gardening; exercise; sport; mindfulness

-       Health: healthy cooking/eating; weight management; health checks; oral health

-       Informal learning & leisure opportunities: choirs, book clubs, chess clubs

-       Opportunities to give back: volunteering; charity work; community involvement

You can also try out art and craft activities, healthy recipes and simple exercises to keep fit on the day to see what you like.
