Thank you to all our volunteers

This volunteers’ week we would like to say a massive thank you to all volunteers across the association but especially at out Training and Resource Centre (TRC) for their commitment and dedication and for being part of the Sapphire Independent Housing Community.

Volunteers such as - David, Debbie, Michael from SHP, Monica from Apothecary Natural Health Centre, Physiotherapist Ben, Carlos from Camden Adult Learning, Helen - who helped transform the Conway House communal garden when she was volunteering through Master Gardeners last year, Sarah from Shapes in Motion and Hannah and her Feast team give up their time and put in a huge effort to make a difference to a number of residents at Conway House, across the association and the local community as a whole. Their life-enhancing work contributes to the resilience of many of our residents and helps to foster a safe and secure environment at the TRC where everyone at Sapphire Independent Housing and the local community can gain new skills, develop their confidence and make positive changes to their lives.

Gosia Glinska, the Education and Training (ETE) Mentor for the TRC would like to pass on her thanks stating:

I hope that all our lovely volunteers will agree with me that volunteering is a wonderful opportunity to experience the rewards that come from making a positive difference to the lives of others. I hope that it has already and will be the start of a richly rewarding volunteering experience for all of you!

Thank you once again from everyone at Sapphire Independent Housing, we trust that your time working with us has been a rewarding volunteering experience for you all and look forward to continuing such great partnerships and collaborations in the future.
