How do I pay my rent?

There are many ways that you can pay your rent. Listed below are some of the easiest ways for you to pay your rent:

Direct Debit

You can set up a Direct Debit payment to automatically pay your rent from your bank account on an agreed day for each month.

Please contact head office on 020 7485 8889, so we can set this up for you.

Via Our Head Office or your scheme reception

You can pay by cash or cheque at our head office or via your scheme reception staff.

All permanent general needs residents can pay their rent by visiting our head office. View the Contact Us page for opening hours.

Bank standing order

You can pay by standing order from many bank accounts. You can set up a standing order online if you have internet banking or by visiting your bank. You will need our bank details below to set this up. Please use your full name as the standing order reference.

Post Office

You can pay by Giro credit with cash or cheque at any post office in the UK. The Post Office may charge you for this service. If you would like a Giro paying in book please contact head office on 020 7485 8889.

By post

You can send cheques and postal orders to our head office. Please put your name, address and tenancy reference number on the back of your cheque.
