It's Mental Health Awareness Week. Sapphire are hosting events and activities across the Association to help tackle stress and improve mental health awareness.

This Tuesday 15 May our Bethany House team have teamed up with vounteers FEAST! to to host a 'curry and chaat' evening to help raise awareness of mental health. The evening starts at 5pm and is open to all Bethany House residents. the idea is simple - come along, help to prepare the meal and more importantly enjoy all the yummy and delicious food.

All residents can sign up at reception to ensure they recieve text reminders about this event and others coming up in the future.

On Friday 18 May there will be a gardening event at Conway House. The event starts at 11am and will include some wellbeing gardening project ideas to help promote good mental health and wellbeing.
