Spot the Signs workshop at Townsend House

Naomi from Spot the Signs and Save a Life is holding a workshop at Townsend House on Thursday 26 July to help raise awareness of suicide and support for young people with mental health.

The aim of the workshop is to increase awareness of depression and suicide and signpost residents to mental health services available in Hertfordshire.

Spot the Signs and Save a life is a suicide prevention campaign, helping to remove the stigma of talking openly about suicide. Their ambition of zero suicides in Hertfordshire is consistent with the national suicide prevention strategy for England.

One of our Townsend House residents, Rebecca Ritchie designed the poster to advertise the upcoming workshop to all our Townsend House residents - thanks Rebecca you have done a great job!
