The Arsenal Foundation Training Programme

As part of the Bethany House Kickstart week they have been encouraging their residents to join the Arsenal and Centrepoint street football training programme.

The programme is open to all Sapphire residents across the Association. No previous experience is necessary and it’s open to all levels of fitness. Travel expenses refreshments and even an Arsenal training kit are provided.

The sessions run every Wednesday at Arsenal Hub, 56 Benwell Road, London, N7 7BA.

from 1.00pm-3.30pm.The first session started on Wednesday 7th February but there is still places left, so you can still enrol on Wednesday 14th February. Programme runs until Wednesday 28th March.

What will you get out of the programme? Well the stats speak for themselves?

95% of participants in the previous programme felt their confidence increased since taking part in the programme.

94% felt they have improved their mental health & wellbeing since taking part in this programme.
