Sapphire rewards and recognition

Long term service Award

Long term service will be recognised after 5, 10 and 15 years service and will be presented to the employee at our annual Staff Conference. The award will comprise a monetary gift, and an increase in annual holiday entitlement.

You are the difference quarterly awards

At the end of each quarter colleagues are asked to nominate a member of their team, who they feel has gone above and beyond during their daily working life. Managers will then select a successful nominee for each location. All quarterly award winners receive an additional half days leave on top of their usual leave entitlement. All successful nominees are automatically put forward for our annual employee of the year award.

Colleague Recognition

Sapphire “High Fives” is a colleague recognition tool whereby colleagues can be rewarded with points for a job well done. Points can be accumulated and redeemed against gifts such as chocolates, wine, cinema tickets etc.
