We are delighted that two of Sapphire’s newest developments, Ashford Road and Fir Road, have been shortlisted for the prestigious Housing Project of the Year award. The nominations, submitted by our architects, Kendal Kingscott, recognise the quality, innovation and positive impact of these schemes.
Both developments have been designed to provide high-quality, sustainable homes that meet the needs of local communities while reflecting Sapphire’s commitment to creating places where people can thrive. Being shortlisted is a significant achievement and acknowledges the collaborative effort of everyone involved in bringing these projects from concept to completion.
The winners will be announced in November, and we are looking forward to celebrating alongside Kendal Kingscott and the wider project teams. Regardless of the final result, reaching the shortlist is a testament to the hard work, expertise and dedication that has gone into delivering these exceptional developments.
