How to pay your rent

Bank standing order

You can pay by standing order from many bank accounts. You can set up a standing order online if you have internet banking or by visiting your bank. You will need our bank details below to set this up. Please use your full name as the standing order reference. Sapphire Independent Housing bank details are as follows:

By card

The following sites can take payments by card, Head Office (02074858889), Conway House (02073726633) and Bethany House (02078373420). You can go to the reception desk at these sites to make your payment or you can call them and make a payment over the phone.

When making a payment over the phone please tell the staff member your full name, address and tenancy number (if you know it).

Via Our Head Office or your scheme reception

You can pay by cash or cheque at our head office or via your scheme reception staff. All permanent general needs residents can pay their rent by visiting our head office. View the Contact Us page for opening hours.

By post

You can send cheques and postal orders to our head office.

Please put your name, address and tenancy reference number on the back of your cheque.
