Bethany House was acquired in 2002 from the YWCA and is a women's only service. The scheme provides 60 supported bed spaces and 33 short-term accommodation bed spaces. Residents share bathroom and kitchen facilities and there are two communal rooms with Wi-Fi access.

Referrals to Bethany House supported beds are via Islington Supporting People Team. Short-term accommodation applications are accepted via emailing a completed application form to bethanyhouseinfo@sih.org or in person at the scheme.
